Heather and Sean Smith founded Rejuvé Wellness and Aesthetics to help people achieve optimal health and wellness through their all-inclusive private facility in The Woodlands. At Rejuvé Wellness & Aesthetics, the focus extends beyond wellness into beauty and aesthetics, offering advanced treatments designed to enhance natural features and boost confidence. Plus, nestled inside both locations is the Rejuvé Salon & Spa Luxury Drybar—a full-service salon and luxury blowout bar. Heather Smith
She finds that many patients live with fatigue, lack motivation & sex drive and struggle with losing weight leading to a negative impact on their quality of life.
Having struggled with weight herself after having 7 children & under-going infertility treatments while also suffering from low thyroid, she has experienced firsthand what it takes to achieve and maintain a healthy weight & make the necessary lifestyle changes to reach optimal wellness.
In addition to being a Nurse Practitioner, & fit mom of 7, Heather is a Certified Personal Trainer and national level former fitness competitor.
Dr. McHugh
At McHugh Plastic Surgery, located in the Woodlands, Texas, Dr. McHugh combines his 25-plus years of experience with a comprehensive research regimen to bring patients the safest and most effective plastic surgery procedures. Specializing in breast augmentations and body shaping, he works to ensure every patient is delighted with their results. Dr. McHugh is also proud to offer these procedures to transgender patients who seek these services.
Dr. McHugh earned his medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit and completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas in Galveston, where he was named chief resident in the plastic surgery division.
He’s affiliated with several prestigious Texas hospitals, including Houston Northwest Surgical Center, Kingwood Speciality Hospital, and Lake Woodlands Surgery Center. Dr. McHugh is also the Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Houston Northwest Medical Center.
He’s also a member of multiple professional organizations, including the: American Society of Plastic Surgeons (Board-Certified), Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, Houston Society of Plastic Surgeons, Texas Medical Association, and Harris County Medication Association.
Dr. McHugh has won a variety of awards, including America’s Top Surgeons Award, Best Plastic Surgeon, and Patient’s Choice.

Sean has also been a competitive bodybuilder in the NPC since 2000 and has been helping other competitors with their nutrition, training and posing for the past 8 years.

What truly sets Heather apart is her firsthand experience. As a fit mom of seven who has faced thyroid issues, hormone imbalance, and weight loss struggles herself, Heather understands the challenges her patients face on a personal level. This lived experience gives her a unique perspective and a level of empathy that few providers can offer.
Beyond her patient care, Heather is an esteemed lead educator for both beginner and advanced cosmetic and aesthetic injectors. With an expert eye for facial balancing and aesthetic enhancement, extensive training, national recognition, and multiple awards, she is a trusted voice in the industry.
As a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner and mentor, Heather continues to elevate standards in wellness and aesthetics. Soon, she will expand her impact even further with the launch of Rejuvé University—an education platform designed to inspire and train the next generation of providers.

Dylan is a Registered Nurse who earned his Bachelor of Science from University of St. Thomas in 2025. He began his career working along side his mother, Heather, as a medical assistant, and now sees his own patients as part of the Rejuvé team. Dylan speicalizes in aesthetics & wellness treatments, with experience in injectables such as Dysport, Botox, dermal fillers and PDGF, as well as vitamin injections, IV Drip Therapy and advanced skin treatments including Tixel. BioTe Certified provider. Dedicated to providing safe personalized care, Dylan brings both skill and compassion to every patient interaction. He welcomed his first child with his Fiancée this December. Dylan is accepting appointments at both The Woodlands & Montgomery locations.
