Heather and Sean Smith founded Rejuvé Wellness and Aesthetics to help people achieve optimal health and wellness through their all-inclusive private facility in The Woodlands. They offer a range of services including Hormone Replacement Therapy, Weight Loss Programs, BioTe Hormone Pellets, IV Vitamin Replacement, Nutrient, Metabolic, Functional Medicine, Gut & Genetic Testing, Nutritional Guidance, Group and Personal Training.

Their mission is to treat the person as a whole, promoting positive lifestyle changes and restoring health and wellness, ultimately increasing longevity.

At Rejuve Wellness and Aesthetics, they combine fitness and wellness to strengthen both physically and emotionally while reducing ailments and optimizing results.

Heather Smith

Heather Smith, board-certified nurse practitioner, certified BIoTE bioidentical hormone provider and aesthetic injector, specializes in helping patients regain their health and achieve overall wellness by identifying the root causes of their issues balancing their hormones and giving them back the energy they once had.

She finds that many patients live with fatigue, lack motivation & sex drive and struggle with losing weight leading to a negative impact on their quality of life.

Having struggled with weight herself after having 7 children & under-going infertility treatments while also suffering from low thyroid, she has experienced firsthand what it takes to achieve and maintain a healthy weight & make the necessary lifestyle changes to reach optimal wellness.

In addition to being a Nurse Practitioner, & fit mom of 7, Heather is a Certified Personal Trainer and national level former fitness competitor.

Dr. McHugh

At McHugh Plastic Surgery, located in the Woodlands, Texas, Dr. McHugh combines his 25-plus years of experience with a comprehensive research regimen to bring patients the safest and most effective plastic surgery procedures. Specializing in breast augmentations and body shaping, he works to ensure every patient is delighted with their results. Dr. McHugh is also proud to offer these procedures to transgender patients who seek these services.

Dr. McHugh earned his medical degree from Wayne State University in Detroit and completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Texas in Galveston, where he was named chief resident in the plastic surgery division.

He’s affiliated with several prestigious Texas hospitals, including Houston Northwest Surgical Center, Kingwood Speciality Hospital, and Lake Woodlands Surgery Center. Dr. McHugh is also the Chief of Plastic Surgery at the Houston Northwest Medical Center.

He’s also a member of multiple professional organizations, including the: American Society of Plastic Surgeons (Board-Certified), Texas Society of Plastic Surgeons, Houston Society of Plastic Surgeons, Texas Medical Association, and Harris County Medication Association.

Dr. McHugh has won a variety of awards, including America’s Top Surgeons Award, Best Plastic Surgeon, and Patient’s Choice.

Danielle Schultz

Family Nurse Practitioner, FNP

Danielle was born and raised in Houston, Texas. She went to Texas A&M Corpus Christi and did both her undergraduate and grad there. She has been a nurse since 2015. She also competed in bodybuilding competitions for 6 years and became IFBB pro in 2019. She got married in 2021. She had her daughter, Blake, in 2021 and has a step daughter named Reese. Sean Smith

Certified Personal Trainer, CPT

Sean Smith is a certified personal trainer and life coach who has been in the industry for 16+ years and has an extensive background in weight training, nutrition, weight loss, and contest prep for competitors.

He also has experience in sports training and rehabilitation. His sports background includes football, basketball and baseball. Sean has overcome many obstacles in his life including 2 cardiac surgeries.

He hopes to continue to help others overcome obstacles in their life, while motivating them to achieve personal goals.

Sean has also been a competitive bodybuilder in the NPC since 2000 and has been helping other competitors with their nutrition, training and posing for the past 8 years.

Jordan Clement

Jordan Clement was born and raised in Crockett, Texas, and received her Bachelor of Science at Sam Houston State University. She grew up dancing competitively and was also an NFL cheerleader for the Houston Texans. You may have seen her on TLC network’s “Extreme Sisters” Season 2 with her identical twin sister, Randi. Jordan has a background in clinical research and 8+ years in the medical and marketing industries. In her spare time, she enjoys fitness activities, spending time with her Frenchie, Dora, and making memories with her family and friends.

Meagan was born and raised in Montgomery County and has an extensive background in accounting and billing management. Meagan enjoys spending time with her family and friends and has 2 German Shepherds, Kayda and Doc! Meagan Is head of our billing department and loves and enjoys all things aesthetic!

Debbie Arbury

Medical Esthetician & Laser Professional

Debbie began her career as a Cosmetologist and did hair & basic aethestics for 13 yrs before moving to Houston in 2014. She then obtained her Laser license and started her career in Medical Aesthetics. Debbie has worked extensively with IPL, laser hair removal, skin tightening, micro-needling, and chemical peels. In her free time she loves doing CrossFit, spending time with her family, and cheering on her favorite baseball team, The Houston Astros!

Heather Somerville, LMT

Licensed Massage Therapist

Heather has provided therapeutic spa massages since completing the 1000-hour program at the American Institute of Alternative Medicine in 2020. She is passionate about using massage and manual therapy techniques to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and ease pain for her clients.
She currently specializes in several massage modalities, including Swedish massage, aromatherapy, hot stone massage, and prenatal massage. In addition to massage therapy, Heather enjoys traveling, attending music festivals and concerts, and spending time with her family.
