Rejuvé Aesthetic Appointment Policy

  • Card on file required for all patients 
  • $50 deposit required for any aesthetic appointment that is not solely an aesthetic
    complimentary consultation
  • If patient cancels within 24 hours of their aesthetic appointment, the $50 deposit is kept as a no
    show fee

Dermal Filler Policy

If a patient does not receive the full syringe they purchased in the first sitting, they have 6
months to use the remainder of the syringe. After the 6 month window, it is no longer available.

Neuromodulator Policy
A patient is entitled to a complimentary touch up if they come back in office at 2 weeks
post-appointment, and it is the same area that was treated. The touch up is at the provider’s
discretion. Anything past 10 units of toxin is beyond a “touch up” and the patient will be charged
for the remainder.
