Rejuvé Aesthetic Appointment Policy
- Card on file required for all patients
- $50 deposit required for any aesthetic appointment that is not solely an aesthetic
complimentary consultation - If patient cancels within 24 hours of their aesthetic appointment, the $50 deposit is kept as a no
show fee
Dermal Filler Policy
If a patient does not receive the full syringe they purchased in the first sitting, they have 6
months to use the remainder of the syringe. After the 6 month window, it is no longer available.
Neuromodulator Policy
A patient is entitled to a complimentary touch up if they come back in office at 2 weeks
post-appointment, and it is the same area that was treated. The touch up is at the provider’s
discretion. Anything past 10 units of toxin is beyond a “touch up” and the patient will be charged
for the remainder.
Children Policy
For safety reasons, no children are allowed back in any treatment rooms or left unattended in the reception area during any services. No exceptions. It is our wish to provide a relaxing and serene environment for our clients. Please ensure that arrangements have been made for your children prior to your appointment. If you need to reschedule due to lack of childcare please contact the front desk 24 hours before your appointment to avoid possible cancellation fees.
